Job Details:

  • Location: Detroit, MI

  • Length: 13 weeks (likely to extend)

  • Shift: Training Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM start (first 6–8 weeks), then transition to midnight shift

  • Setting: Hematology-focused laboratory, automation line

    Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Medical Technologist (hematology experience strongly preferred)

  • Certifications: Tech certification required

  • Skills: Fluid cell counts, differentials, automated lab systems

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited program

  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology may be accepted with relevant coursework

  • Preferred: Hematology Specialist Certification
