Take on an integral role in clinical diagnostics as a Medical Technologist in a dynamic laboratory environment. Schedule:

  • 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Day shift)
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field (college diploma or official transcripts required)
  • Current ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification (must provide documentation)
  • Valid State of Florida laboratory license
  • Cannot be an MLT—only Medical Technologist applicants will be considered
  • Applicants must reside outside of Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties per facility requirements
  • Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Thorough understanding of laboratory safety and quality assurance procedures
  • Proficient operation of laboratory instrumentation and the ability to interpret clinical data
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely testing across a range of laboratory disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
  • Analyze results and communicate findings with clinical staff to support patient care
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation according to regulatory standards

    $2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
