Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) from an accredited board (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory, with strong skills in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology testing
  • Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining laboratory instruments
  • Solid understanding of regulatory standards and laboratory best practices
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform, analyze, and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests on patient specimens
