  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Proven experience in conducting and interpreting a variety of laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, serology, or transfusion services)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Effective communication skills with clinicians and laboratory peers
  • Current compliance with all applicable licensure requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols
