Key Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Current national certification (ASCP or equivalent)
  • Proficient with standard laboratory equipment and instrumentation
  • Experience in clinical laboratory settings preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex diagnostic tests across multiple laboratory disciplines (chemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.)
  • Accurately analyze samples and record results following established protocols and quality control guidelines
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance
  • Validate test results and promptly communicate critical findings to clinical staff
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with laboratory best practices
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance of clean, safe workspaces
  • Uphold strict standards for patient confidentiality and data integrity

    $1,500 - $1,632/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
