Soliant Laboratory - Medical Technologist Contract Today Apply

Bring your expertise as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician to a dynamic laboratory environment, where precision and attention to detail are highly valued. Schedule:

3 shifts per week, 12 hours each

Evening shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

ASCP or equivalent credential required

Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication abilities and proficiency with laboratory information systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accuracy under pressure, and adhere to regulatory standards

Responsibilities:

Perform a broad array of moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring reliability and quality control at all times

Accurately process specimens, verify results, and promptly report findings to clinical teams

Uphold rigorous standards of safety, quality assurance, and confidentiality

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new testing procedures and workflow improvements

Maintain organized and detailed laboratory records, contributing to compliance and accreditation
