Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Valid ASCP or AMT certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory strongly desired
  • Knowledge of standard laboratory equipment and testing protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology
