Schedule:

  • Evening/Night shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
  • 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

    • Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze samples, interpret results, and promptly report findings to support diagnosis and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and quality control standards to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other laboratory professionals, nurses, and physicians to ensure patient safety and the integrity of results.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support process improvement initiatives for the laboratory.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT).
  • Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably with exposure to a variety of testing procedures and instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory best practices, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately interpret data and manage multiple tasks during the shift.
