Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Schedule:

  • Full-time, contract position
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across multiple disciplines such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis
  • Accurately process specimens, operate and maintain laboratory instruments, and document results in the laboratory information system
  • Evaluate, interpret, and report test findings clearly and promptly to physicians and healthcare providers
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance and adhere to established laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
  • Manage workload efficiently while maintaining precision and accuracy
  • Participate in laboratory quality improvement initiatives and continuing education as necessary

    $1,053 - $1,152/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
