An exciting opportunity is available for skilled laboratory professionals passionate about clinical diagnostics and quality patient care. Working a contract position on the afternoon shift (2:30pm–11:00pm), you’ll join a dynamic lab environment, utilizing your expertise to perform a wide variety of laboratory tests critical to effective patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, or in a similar laboratory role
  • Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation; hands-on experience with Beckman Coulter equipment strongly preferred, especially the AU systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and communicate effectively
  • Professional certification or license as required by state or federal regulations is an asset
  • Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with laboratory protocols
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Beckman Coulter analyzers and related laboratory equipment
  • Prepare biological specimens for analysis and ensure proper documentation and data entry
  • Interpret and report laboratory results to support clinical decision-making
  • Uphold strict quality assurance and safety standards
