About the Job:
We’re seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a travel contract in Greenville, NC. This role is perfect for a nurse with expertise in intermediate care who is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

Provide care to patients with complex medical needs in the PCU

Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, adjusting care plans as needed

Administer medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery processes

Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Qualifications:

Active RN license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting

BLS and ACLS certification required

Strong critical thinking and clinical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
