  • Current certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Lab Technician, Medical Technologist, or similar laboratory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform high-complexity testing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Carry out clinical laboratory tests such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and immunology following established protocols.
  • Perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate test results.
  • Accurately record, analyze, and report laboratory data in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain specimen integrity and proper documentation throughout all phases of testing.
